STANDARD RATES

Minimum Claim: $125
Minimum Fee:
- $62.50 on claims of $125 to $250
Claims over $250:
- 25% on the first $3,000
- 20% on the excess over $3,000

EARLY PLACEMENT FEES
If a claim is placed within 90 days from the due date of the latest invoice (exclusive of any finance charge invoices), the following rates will apply:

Minimum Fee:
- $36 on claims of $125 to $200
Claims over $200:
- 18% on the first $3,000
- 13% on the excess over $3,000

The above fees for early placement will apply until a claim is placed with local representatives or attorneys, at which time the Standard Rates listed will apply.

FREE DEMAND SERVICE
No charge on monies paid before Action Date selected by client.

CLAIMS OVER $20,000
Rates are negotiable prior to placement.

CLAIMS OVER ONE YEAR OLD
40% on all collections made.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Where an authorized return of material is made, we will bill the regular rates based on 50% of the original invoiced amount.

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS
40% on all collections made.

FINDERS FEE
If our investigation reveals that an account was paid or resolved prior to placement, one-half of the normal fee will apply.

SECOND HAND PLACEMENTS
If we accept a claim that was previously assigned to another agency, a 50% fee applies on all collections.

WITHDRAWAL OF ACCOUNTS
Accounts that are withdrawn or settled by a creditor after agency acknowledgement are subject to regular fees.

If legal action through attorneys becomes necessary, creditor will advance court costs. A suit fee will be charged by the attorneys in addition to the regular collection fees. In no case will any action be taken without authorization by the client.
